Hill Construction Company, LLC

The Linder Retail Building is a brand new 3 unit retail space. Hill Construction did the tenant customizations for both end units. On one side a sandwich shop called Papa Kelsey's, that included the installation of a walk-in refrigerator and a full commercial kitchen. On the other side is a military recruiting facility, which required procurement of precise paint colors and finishes to adhere to military regulation.
